Impecable business hotel with exceptional views of the ocean.

I loved every detail about my really nice 7 nights stay here. The service was great, and the rooms were new-fashioned with a fantastic breakfast. Nice view, superb bar - everything was excellent.

The hotel was spotless, I loved it. The open-air restaurant with good food and the coffee bar.

Relaxing hotel, everything was good, I liked food and rooms. Everything was amazing as expected, though the bathroom was very steamy. Variety of food at breakfast like pastries and tea.

Everything was good, pleasant staff, amazing views over the sea. The restaurant was outstanding for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. Beachfront location of this boutique hotel was a bonus. Also, I liked to be within 2 km of The City.

I had special 2 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. The rooms were tidy and bright with good view of the ocean. The location was amazing, not very far from The City.

It's an extremely accommodating hotel, clean and in a beautiful location.

The property was clean, featured amazing design, I enjoyed it. I was there for 3 nights and ate at beachside restaurant for breakfast. The service was superb and the pool was nice. It made my trip to Cancun a nice experience.

Brilliant stay, nothing too much trouble, we recommend. Fab location, just a short stroll away from a night club.

Comfy hotel, we liked it. We had 3 days in Cancun, spending our time here really good. Lots of food available in the club. The room was brand-new with a terrace and the bathroom, as example, everything was perfect. The service was excellent and the staff was attentive and helpful.

i really enjoyed location and food, which where wonderful. set next to a bus stop in the very nice area. also, it was within 10 mins walk on foot from a night club.

I loved our stay, the staff were agreeable and the location was handy. Location just next door to hill and restaurants and the beach. Themed & neat unit with a vast balcony. Plunge swimming pool, amazing bar.

Staff were very cool and we liked our time there. Our room with good quiet aircon was fabulous. The location was easy, just next door to shops, white sand beach, Cancun.

Really tasty breakfast, cozy rooms and gentle staff. All in all it's clean place, they have quiet beds.

The reason we loved it was first class rooms and facilities. Lobby bar was lovely!

Hotel is spotless clean. Fast check-in and top notch customer service. All in all a trendy boutique venue and superb stay.

Staff was highly skilled, room was well furnished, efficient location...

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The whole experience was fantastic, no complaints, would recommend. Staff were proactive and we liked our being there. It had modern facilities in the bathroom: shampoo and slippers.

Guests can get extra pods too. Thank you for the stay here - will be back.

The staff were exceptional, the hotel was clean enough, breakfast was complimentary. Room was reasonably spacious and nice quiet, bed was really comfy.

Communication was challenging, wi-fi was very spotty.

Very clean and good sized room, food in the beach restaurant. Comfy beds, perfect after a long day in Cancun. Our kudos go to concierge for the hospitality! Poolside bar is a very nice plus. We used the shuttle bus too.

We had a great experience. We appreciated lobby, it was beautiful. Within walking distance the amazing beach. Stopped by Cafe Urbano to get some coffee and treats, it's right next to the venue, recommend.

Rooms were good sized. One could dine at restaurants such as Cafe Urbano 10 minutes away.

el caribeno was set 5 minutes walk away. free wi fi was a great addition. located in 20 minutes' drive to the airport.
